MKA Planning have successfully won an appeal for a private client who was refused outline planning permission by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council for 2 no. semi detached dwellings at lands adjacent to 142 Tullaghans Road, Dunloy.
The Commissioner agreed with MKA Planning in that the application was acceptable as it is development of a small gap site within an otherwise
substantial and continuously built up frontage in accordance with Policy CTY 8, and would promote environmental enhancement through provision of a clearer, coherent, logical and unambiguous edge to the settlement limit of Dunloy.
