Claudine Christy qualified in 2003 working for White Young Green (formerly the Farningham MacCreadie Partnership) in Belfast before spending a year working on a telecommunications project for Sinclair Knight Merz in Auckland, New Zealand.
Claudine has been a Planning Consultant with the MKA Planning over 7 years and in this time has worked on a wide variety of planning and enforcement cases both through the application and appeal process. Claudine has also worked on Area Plan inquiries and recently represented the Practice at the Draft Northern Area Plan Examination in Public (EiP)
Claudine has experience in managing major development projects across Northern Ireland and has in recent times focused on the areas of renewable energy, tourism & recreation and rural planning. Claudine continues to develop her expertise in planning enforcement matters for the likes of mobile homes, agricultural buildings, residential and commercial properties for which she is a member of the NAPE network and EPLANI.
