MKA Planning have been successful at planning appeal this month winning an appeal for retention of a 6 car domestic garage along Windyhill Road in Coleraine overcoming

the Council’s objections in terms of  PPS 7:Addendum – Residential Extensions and Alterations.

The appeal property dwarfed the existing dwelling and has a footprint twice the size of the existing dwelling.  However, the Commissioner accepted  MKA Planning’s evidence that the garage visually integrated into the landscape and was acceptable on its planning merits.
