PLANNING PERMISSION RENEWED ON GLENSHANE PASS, DUNGIVEN.
MKA recently got a planning permission renewal for 2 no. infill dwellings approved on the Glenshane Road for a private client.
The application which was approved in 2013 by MKA Planning, was due to expire on 14th Feb 2016.
MKA Planning were approached to submit a renewal application to ensure this permission did not expire.
A reduced fee of 25% of the normal fee applies for an application made under Article 7(3) of the General Development Order (NI) 1993 to renew planning permission where existing approval has not yet expired. An application to renew a lapsed permission will continue to attract a full fee.
Therefore it’s important to submit a renewal application prior to the permission expiring to avoid higher planning fee costs.
