PLANNING AGREEMENT DISCHARGED.

MKA Planning have been successful in getting a planning agreement discharged on a holiday cottage in the Glens on behalf of a private Client.

The legal agreement restricted occupancy of the unit to rented holiday use only; its removal now allows the dwelling to be used as a farm dwelling.
