MKA PLANNING WINS ENFORCEMENT APPEAL AGAINST ALLEGED UN-AUTHORISED ACCESS, UNAUTHORISED LANEWAY AND UNAUTHORISED STONE WALL AND STONE PILLARS.

MKA Planning have successfully won an appeal for a private client who was served an enforcement notice by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council for alleged un-authorised access onto Frosses Road, unauthorised laneway and unauthorised stone wall and stone pillars at Lands approximately 150 metres east of 3 Burnquarter Road, Ballymoney.

The Commissioner agreed with MKA Planning in that the development was immune from enforcement and the enforcement notice was quashed subject to conditions.
