MKA PLANNING SUCCESSFUL AT GAINING PLANNING PERMISSION FOR THE RETENTION OF EXISTING DWELLING, 2 ½ STOREY REAR RESIDENTIAL ANNEXE AND BOUNDARY WALLS/PILLARS.

MKA Planning have recently gained planning permission for the retention of the existing dwelling, as constructed, together with the rear residential annex/garages as constructed at Cashel Road, Armagh for a private client.

This was a particularly contentious planning application as the pillars/walls and rear annexe had been built without planning permission. A Breach of Condition Notice (BCN) was served by Council.

However, this Practice was able to show that the BCN was flawed and the Council was forced to withdraw it and grant planning permission for the annexe and walls as built.
