HOLIDAY COTTAGE SUCCESS AT APPEAL IN THE GLENS.
MKA were successful at an appeal removing a tourist occupancy condition from a holiday chalet at Glenariffe at the Glens overcoming PPS16 and PPS 21 for a private client.
The PAC allowed the planning appeal removing the occupancy condition on one property as the Applicants had an entitlement under Policy CTY10 of Planning Policy Statement 21 to a farm dwelling on this holding.
