FARM DWELLING APPROVED AT CORKEY.
MKA Planning have successfully overcome a recommended refusal for a farm dwelling on the basis that the farmer was not ‘active’ as requested by criteria (a) of Policy CTY10.
MKA Planning were able to show that maintaining the land in ‘good agricultural and environmental condition’ met the defined planning criteria for “Active Farming” and that Planning Permission should be granted.
