COMMUNITY CONSULTATION FOR RETENTION OF OPEN FARM AND PROPOSED “WET WEATHER” INDOOR PLAY AREA, BALLYMONEY.

MKA Planning are carrying out a community consultation event on behalf of Rosepark Farm for the retention of open farm including gate, toilet blocks, reptile petting hut, site office, housing for open farm animals, children’s play area, fairy garden, boating lake/ponds, new replacement building to provide “wet weather” indoor play area, provision of existing pathways to facilitate access to open farm amenities and scenic walks around the farm. The use of existing entrance/exit point to be an entrance only, during seasonal operation/activities of Rosepark farm (entrance point located to north side of 96 Bravallen Road, Ballymoney) and proposed exit only, during seasonal operations/activities of Rosepark farm (located to north side of 104 Bravallen Road Ballymoney) at lands at 96 Bravallen Road, Ballymoney, BT53 7DU.

This ‘drop in’ community consultation clinic is open to all and will take place at:-

  • Location: Rosepark Farm, 98 Bravallen Rd, Ballymoney BT53 7DU.
  • Dates: Thursday 8th March 2018
  • Times: 5-8 pm.

 Comments on the project can be made orally at the event or by email at roseparkfarmconsultation@gmail.com.

Comments made at the community consultations are not direct representations to Council but if the developer submits a planning application there will be an opportunity to make direct representations to the Council at that stage.  If the developer submits a planning application a community consultation report incorporating all representations made will be submitted to the Council as part of the proposal.
