COMMUNITY CONSULTATION EVENT ON BEHALF OF P.S. PROJECTS FOR THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 131 NO. APARTMENTS, 50 NO. CAR PARKING SPACES, COMMUNAL AMENITY SPACE AND FACILITIES AT FORMER TILLIE & HENDERSON’S SITE AT CARLISLE SQUARE, ABERCORN ROAD, FOYLE ROAD, DERRY.

We propose the construction of 131 no. apartments across 3 no. buildings, 50 no. car parking spaces, communal amenity space and facilities at former Tillie & Henderson’s site at Carlisle Square, Abercorn Road, and Foyle Road, Derry.

The Abercorn building will house 60 apartments – 50 no. two bed and 10 no. one bed apartments and will front onto Abercorn road and tillies brae

The Tillies building will house 36 apartments – 35 no. two bed and 1 no. one bed apartments and will front onto Tillie’s Brae and Foyle Road.

The Henderson’s building will house 35 apartments – 28 no. two bed and 7 no. one bed apartments and will front onto Foyle Road.

Comments made during the community consultation are not direct representations to Council but if the developer submits a planning application there will be an opportunity to make direct representations to the Council at that Stage.

If the developer submits a planning application, a Community Consultation Report incorporating all representations made will be submitted to the Council as part of the proposal.

Any comments or queries made will be treated in line with GDPR regulations and no personal information will be shown on the Community Consultation Report.
