MKA Planning has successfully obtained a Certificate of Lawful Development for a private client.
MKA Planning submitted substantial evidence showing that since acquiring the Factory Shop in 2008 the Applicant has significantly increased the type and variety of retail goods that were being sold from the premises. The Council now accept that these goods had been sold for over 5 years and are immune from enforcement.
We successfully obtained a Certificate of Lawful Development (CLEUD) for the retention of this retail use and this is now an authorised use within the property.
