MKA PLANNING SUCCESSFUL AT GETTING PLANNING PERMISSION APPROVED AT PLANNING COMMITTEE FOR LARGE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AT CULMORE ROAD, CULMORE.
MKA recently represented a private client at the Derry City and Strabane Planning Committee meeting in April and successfully obtained planning permission for 211 dwellings at The Barley Fields at Culmore Road, Culmore.
This application was submitted in conjunction with Alan Patterson Architects and involved significant consultations and negotiations with statutory consultees, Council Planning officers and local residents.
This is the largest proposed housing development in Culmore and one of the largest private housing development permission on the West Bank of the City.
